Hilary Cohen worked as an Assistant Director for 10 years on the show NCIS, saw lots of food waste. Then, COVID hit - wanting to do something, she began sewing face masks-5000 of them.
But remembering something that had affected her 10 years earlier dug in deeper and created non-profit Every Day Action with Sam Luu. "We have been around for a little over 1 year- in the year we saved about 110,000 meals from around 20 sets and fed the homeless in Los Angeles.
