Topanga Women's Circle is a nonprofit organization for homeless families and those escaping abuse. An award-winning organization that equips transition housing with everything from food in the pantry to toys for children, clothing, bedding and giving them a home with dignity. Linda Ilsley, director of TWC for 11 years says: "I have learned through my 15 years of volunteerism with TWC, that judgment has no place in charitable endeavors.
